Christopher having worked within some of the largest Strata Management Companies in NSW was becoming increasingly disappointed with the levels of customer service and pricing that was accessible to clients. This hindrance then led to the inspiration to create a company that offers exceptional Strata Management service, with a Strata Scheme motto that declares having the best interest at the heart of everything we do.
Since starting Whelan Property Group Christopher Whelan has maintained a personal membership with Strata Communities Australia (SCA – formerly ISTM) for the past 20 years.
Christopher’s skills and years of experience has facilitated in shaping the employees at Whelan Property Group. This amazing rapport with both staff and clients is evident over the years and has accumulated to the ever-expanding Whelan Property Group portfolio.
Jeannette Dangelico, our General Manager has over thirteen years’ experience in the Property Industry. A current Licence holder, Jeannette is exceptionally passionate about systems, processes and compliance which benefit the company and its clients.
