What is a buyers agent?

Essentially, a buyers agent is a professional negotiator who is able to secure the best possible property at the best possible price. And no one does a better job at this than Ross Chaplin.
We represent you solely in the purchase of your home or investment property. We never ever represent the vendor of a property or earn a fee from them. We act only in your best interest and we step in quickly if mistakes are about to be made by unknowing purchasers. We don’t sell property. We buy and manage your properties only.

Research, research and more research….

We absolutely will not encourage you or guide you towards buying a property that has not had a thorough amount of research undertaken on it. We have access to the most recent sales information available and can pin point the exact value of a property that you are interested in.

As your buyers’ agent, we will:

o Source the right property for you
o Negotiate the purchase price
o Organise searches or inspections on the property
o Where necessary, bid on your behalf at auction
o Liaise with strata managers and property managers on highlighted properties

Finding the right property is an enormously time consuming process. And, while you’re looking for the special property, the market is constantly moving further away from you. We can do in weeks what you may take you months to do.
