Founded in 2004 Whelan Property Group has been providing our clients (both big and small alike) with expert Strata Management service from the front line on field Strata Managers to the back office Administration and Accounting teams. Our company was established to benefit from a gap in the Strata market; outstanding customer service in all facets of Strata Management at a competitive price.

Whelan Property Group Pty Limited is fully licensed by the Department of Fair Trading and holds the followings licenses:

We undertake all of our actions with full compliance to all relevant government legislation. Beyond this, we act transparently and with the highest level of professional and personal integrity.

Starting out as a boutique Strata Management provider, our consistent year on year growth and retention of buildings under our management has us currently classed as a medium sized company within the industry.
